Join us for a gentle chair yoga class designed especially for seniors!
Chair yoga offers simple stretches, breathing exercises, and seated poses that improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation—all from the comfort of a chair. No experience needed, just wear comfortable clothing and get ready to move and feel good!
